Terms of Service

What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service apply to your use of mccrestoration.com and to any service relationship you enter into with MCC Restoration and Contracting Services, located in Duncanville, TX. By contacting us, submitting a form, or signing a work-authorization agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms described here.

The actual service relationship between you and MCC Restoration is governed by the signed work-authorization form you receive before any work begins — not by an estimate, a phone conversation, or anything on this website. If there is ever a conflict between these general terms and a signed work-authorization form, the signed form controls.

Estimates and Service Area

All estimates provided — whether by phone, email, or in-person walkthrough — are assessments of visible conditions at the time of inspection. They are not binding contracts. Scope and cost can change once work begins and concealed damage becomes accessible (for example, when flooring is lifted or drywall is opened). Any changes to the original scope will be documented and require your written approval before additional work proceeds.

MCC Restoration primarily serves the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding communities in Texas. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our active service area or during periods of high demand following regional weather events.

Payment Terms and Accepted Methods

Payment terms are outlined in your signed work-authorization form. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. When insurance is involved, we work directly with your carrier to document the loss, submit required photos and moisture readings, and coordinate billing — but the policyholder remains ultimately responsible for any balance not covered by the insurer, including deductibles and any out-of-scope items.

Past-due balances may be subject to collection proceedings in accordance with Texas state law.

Liability and Scope of Work

MCC Restoration operates as a licensed contracting business under Texas state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work defined in your signed work-authorization form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations unrelated to the loss, or damage that occurs after our work is complete and the property has been returned to your control.

We do not provide legal, medical, or industrial-hygiene advice. If a mold or biohazard situation requires a third-party environmental assessment, we will tell you — and that assessment is a separate engagement from our remediation or restoration work.

Insurance Coordination

When you ask us to communicate with your insurance carrier, you authorize MCC Restoration to share documentation, photos, scope reports, and related materials with that carrier on your behalf. We do not share your information with any other third party without your explicit permission.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from services performed under a signed work-authorization agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith. If that fails, disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Dallas County.
